Prohibition Until Certificates Received. The Owner shall have the right, but not the obligation, to prohibit the Contractor and its Subcontractors from entering the Project site until the required certificates (or other competent evidence that insurance has been obtained in complete compliance with this exhibit) are received and approved by the OCIP Administrator and or Owner. Deductibles/Self-Insured Retentions. Payment of deductibles or self-insured retentions is a Cost of the Work within the Guaranteed Maximum Price and does not justify a Change Order. Satisfaction of all self-insured retentions or deductibles will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
