Prohibitions on Advertising and Programming. Advertising and Programming will not include the following categories: airport, airline, or aircraft related accidents or incidents; adult or sexually explicit content; profanity; firearms; disparaging or demeaning content; unsafe transit behavior; tobacco and related products including vaping and marijuana; consumption of alcohol; graphic violence of any kind; news or opinion with any political based content; political advertisements; religious advertisements; false or misleading information; violations of copyright or trademark law; illegal activity; discrimination; promotion of other airports within the Midwest region or their tenants and related services; or promotion of airlines that do not utilize Chicago area airports. Further, the City reserves the right, prior to and during the implementation of advertising and Programming, to review and accept, reject, or require editing to any advertising or Programming for any reason whatsoever, including advertising or Programming it deems false, misleading, deceptive, offensive or in poor taste. All advertising and Programming must comply with the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the countries or territories covered by the transmission of the Service. In addition, the Airport Network shall ensure the Service complies with all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the Federal Communications Commission, the State of Illinois, and the City.

  • Summary of Policy and Prohibitions on Procurement Lobbying Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this Contract includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between OGS and a Vendor during the procurement process. A Vendor is restricted from making contacts from the earliest notice of intent to solicit offers/bids through final award and approval of the Procurement Contract by OGS and, if applicable, the Office of the State Comptroller (“restricted period”) to other than designated staff unless it is a contact that is included among certain statutory exceptions set forth in State Finance Law §139-j(3)(a). Designated staff, as of the date hereof, is identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information, or as otherwise indicated by OGS. OGS employees are also required to obtain certain information when contacted during the restricted period and make a determination of the responsibility of the Vendor pursuant to these two statutes. Certain findings of non-responsibility can result in rejection for contract award and in the event of two findings within a four-year period; the Vendor is debarred from obtaining governmental Procurement Contracts.   • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (100% Headline Billing) A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Outside Advertising The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.

  • Marketing and Advertising Provider shall not advertise or market to schools, students or their parents/guardians when the advertising is based upon any Student Data that Provider has acquired because of the use of that Provider’s site, Products, Services, or this Agreement.

  • SOFTWARE PIRACY PROHIBITION State or other public funds payable under this Contract shall not be used for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions. Contractor hereby certifies and warrants that, during the term of this Contract and any extensions, Contractor has and shall maintain in place appropriate systems and controls to prevent such improper use of public funds. If the State determines that Contractor is in violation of this provision, the State may exercise any remedy available at law or in equity or under this Contract, including, without limitation, immediate termination of this Contract and any remedy consistent with federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions.

  • MASTER CONTRACT PROMOTION; ADVERTISING AND ENDORSEMENT Contractor represents and warrants that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts both to promote and market the use of this Master Contract with eligible Purchasers and to ensure that those entities that utilize this Master Contract are eligible Purchasers. Contractor understands and acknowledges that neither Enterprise Services nor Purchasers are endorsing Contractor’s goods and/or services or suggesting that such goods and/or services are the best or only solution to their needs. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants that it shall make no reference to Enterprise Services, any Purchaser, or the State of Washington in any promotional material without the prior written consent of Enterprise Services.

  • PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA 36.1 COUNTY owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of COUNTY. The use and/or reproduction of COUNTY's name, logos, or symbols for any purpose, including commercial advertisement, promotional purposes, announcements, displays, or press releases, without COUNTY's prior written consent is expressly prohibited.

  • Restrictions on Lobbying The subrecipient shall not use funds made available to it under this Agreement to pay for, influence, or seek to influence any officer or employee of a State or Federal government.
