CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL. Under North Carolina law, it is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 to possess or consume alcoholic beverages, including wine or beer. It is also unlawful for any person to buy alcoholic beverages for or furnish them for any purpose to anyone under the legal drinking age. Inside the apartment is the only place in the complex where persons of legal drinking age are permitted to possess or consume alcoholic beverages. Public display of open alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the common areas (outside the apartment including porch or balcony) of the apartment complex. Excessive drinking and intoxication will not be tolerated. The possession or storage of large beverage containers (i.e. kegs) either full or empty is strictly prohibited. Tenants who choose to drink will be held fully responsible for their own and their guests’ behavior while under the influence of alcohol.

WVHA reserves the right to charge an appropriate corkage fee to compensate it for the loss of revenue should hirers choose to supply their own alcohol. Any alcohol supplied by hirers must be delivered to the Hall prior to the event so that the appropriate corkage fee can be calculated in advance. Corkage fees must be paid to WHVA at or before the time of the event. You must ensure that in order to avoid disturbing neighbours of the hall and avoid violent or criminal behaviour: (i) no one attending the event consumes excessive amounts of alcohol; and (ii) no illegal drugs are brought into the Hall. Drunk and disorderly behaviour is not permitted either at the Hall or in its immediate vicinity. We will ask any person suspected of being drunk, under the influence of drugs or who is behaving in a violent or disorderly way to leave the Hall in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL. The consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited. Those who are suspected of either being under the influence of or in possession of alcohol (because of odor, disruptive behavior etc.) are also in violation of this policy.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL. I understand that the Tour may involve the consumption of alcohol before, during and/or after the Tour by me or other participants; however, I understand that I am not required to consume alcohol to participate in the Tour. FOOTPRINT will check identification at the beginning of every tour. I represent and warrant to FOOTPRINT that I am over the legal drinking age of 21. If I am not over the legal drinking age of 21, I understand that I will not be allowed on the bus and my ticket will not be refunded. I understand that it is my responsibility to not become intoxicated while participating in the Tour and in the event that I do become intoxicated, FOOTPRINT is not responsible for any harm that comes to me or others. I assume and accept full responsibility for any liability associated with my intoxication, during or after the Tour. I acknowledge that FOOTPRINT assumes no liability for injuries that may occur to me or others, and no liability for any civil or criminal violation or damages that may be assessed against me as a result of my being intoxicated before, during or after the Tour.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL. Not to use or allow the Premises to be used for the consumption or sale of alcohol without first obtaining the written consent of the Lessor and the Lessor shall determine any application for its consent in accordance with any alcohol policy of the Lessor from time to time.
