Prohibitions on Increasing Price of Goods or Services. CUSTOMER will not increase the price of goods or services for a Card transaction or impose any fee for the service of accepting a Card except as allowed by the Card Organization Rules and Applicable Law. CUSTOMER may charge a surcharge, convenience fee or service fee for a Card transaction only as permitted by the Card Organization Rules and Applicable Law. If clearly disclosed to the Cardholder, CUSTOMER may offer a discount from the standard price for payments by cash.
