Card Organization Rules definition

Card Organization Rules are the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Organization.

More Definitions of Card Organization Rules

Card Organization Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Organization and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit Cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable Debit Network).

  • Lead organization means a trade organization, labor organization or other incorporated entity representing a group of businesses that is the applicant for a business network project.

  • Community-based organization means a public or private nonprofit organization that is representative of a community or a significant segment of a community, and is engaged in meeting human, educational, environmental, or public safety community needs.
