Common use of PROJECT ACCESS Clause in Contracts

PROJECT ACCESS. Arrange for access to and make all provisions for TRANSYSTEMS to enter upon public and private property as required for TRANSYSTEMS to perform services under this Agreement. All such access shall be provided without condition or restriction unacceptable to TRANSYSTEMS nor shall TRANSYSTEMS be required to indemnify or insure any third party as a condition to such access.
