Project Budget and Expense (Sources and Uses) Worksheet. The SUBRECIPIENT must provide budget narratives and tables to describe all funding sources and the potential uses of those funding sources for the purposes of completing the project. This narrative will include, but may not be limited to, (a) a description and justification of the proposed costs, (b) a description of project implementation support with SUBRECIPIENT or vendor staff, (c) sources of leveraged funds committed by the SUBRECIPIENT to the project, and (d) timelines for the projected expenditure of CDBG-DR funds.
