Project Clothing Clause Samples
Project Clothing. At the time of employment, the Employer shall supply:
a) One (1) pair of good quality safety boots;
b) six (6) pairs of overalls; or
c) six (6) pairs of combination bib and brace overalls; or
d) three (3) pairs of long trousers and six (6) long or short sleeved shirts. Clothing and boots will be replaced on a “fair wear and tear” basis. In addition, an eligible employee engaged on the Project between 1 April and 30 September will be issued with a winter jacket.
Project Clothing. 18.6.1 At the time of employment with UGI, Employees whose employment on the Project Site will be for a period of four (4) weeks or more will be provided with two sets of cotton drill clothing.
18.6.2 A set of clothing will consist of either:
a) One pair of overalls; or
b) One pair of long trousers and one long or short-sleeved shirt.
18.6.3 Clothing will be replaced on request annually, or on a "fair wear and tear" basis.
18.6.4 In addition an eligible Employee engaged on the Project between I April and 30 September will be issued with a winter jacket.
18.6.5 UGI reserves the right to incorporate the Project name or logo (or both) on free issue Project clothing.
