Common use of Project Co Attending Meetings Clause in Contracts

Project Co Attending Meetings. (a) Project Co shall attend meetings with respect to the Works as may be directed by the HMQ Representative. Project Co shall not claim any extra compensation for attendance at these meetings. Each of Project Co and HMQ shall designate a representative to attend such meetings who is able to make decisions on each of their respective behalves.
