PROJECT CODE OF CONDUCT. Employees must follow all lawful instructions given by the Employer. Should any employee not be able to perform the assigned task for any reason whatsoever, it is their duty to inform the Employer immediately. Refusal to comply with any lawful instruction may result in disciplinary action. Each employee is accountable for: (a) complying with Project Environmental and Safety and Health regulations, policies, procedures and practices and for taking responsibility for their own personal safety and that of their work colleagues; (b) abiding by Project work rules as specified and as amended from time to time; and (c) participating in and abiding by Project cultural heritage and environmental processes; (d) their personal fitness for work. Should an employee believe they have been treated unfairly in the application of the Project Code of Conduct the matter will be processed in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure. All employees shall adhere to the Project Code of Conduct when in proximity of the Project or on the Project, including whilst being transported to and from the Project.
