Project Company Deliverables. No later than seven (7) days following the satisfaction of those Project Company Conditions Precedent specified in Section 2.1(a)(i) and (ii) above (the “Project Company Delivery Date”), the Parties shall execute and deliver (or, as the case may be, cause to the executed and delivered) the following documents:
