Common use of Project Completion Obligations Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Obligations. The Recipient shall: (1) When procuring professional consulting services, provide OBDD with copies of all solicitations at least 10 days before advertising, and all contracts at least 10 days before signing. (2) Complete the Project using its own fiscal resources or money from other sources to pay for any Costs of the Project in excess of the total amount of financial assistance provided pursuant to this Contract. (3) Complete the Project no later than the Project Completion Deadline, unless otherwise permitted by the OBDD in writing. (4) No later than the Project Closeout Deadline, Recipient must deliver to OBDD an electronic copy of the final feasibility study.
