PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COST. “Project Construction Cost” shall mean the estimate of total construction costs to the District for the projects described in Article 3, as initially submitted by the Architect pursuant to this Agreement and accepted by the District, as subsequently revised by changes to the Project Construction Cost under Article 5 of this Agreement, and as subsequently revised at the time the District enters a construction contract to equal the construction contract amount.
