Common use of Project Cooperation Clause in Contracts

The parties recognize that the construction to take place under this Agreement involves unique and special circumstances which dictate the need for the parties to develop specific procedures to promote high quality, rapid and uninterrupted construction methods and practices. The smooth operation and successful and timely completion of the work is vitally important to the parents and the students of the District.
