Common use of Project Data Clause in Contracts

Project Data. During the term of the Contract, RECIPIENT shall include in its annual report each of the following (except that the final annual report due under this part (a) shall be due within ninety (90) days after the end of the term of the Contract): (1) A brief statement of the progress made to under the Scope of Work, including the progress to achieve the Project Goals and Timelines set forth in Attachment A. (2) A brief statement of the Project Goals for the twelve months following submission of the report. (3) New jobs created in the preceding twelve month period as a result of the Grant funds awarded to RECIPIENT. (4) An inventory of the Equipment purchased for the Project using Grant funds. (5) A HUB report in accordance with Section 3.08 “Historically Underutilized Businesses” of the Contract.
