Contents of Reports. Each report shall contain a signed verification (electronic signature is acceptable) of RECIPIENT’s compliance with each of its obligations as set forth in the Contract and shall include the following for the period covered by such report, as may then be applicable:
Contents of Reports. The Recipient must comply with any direction the Commonwealth may issue in writing to the Recipient in respect of a Report the Recipient is required to provide under clause 11.2 specifying:
(a) a format for the Report (or for part of the Report); and
(b) information the Recipient is to include in the Report (or part of the Report); and
(c) the person or persons who are to certify that information contained in a Report (or part of a report) is accurate. For the purposes of clause 11.3, the Commonwealth will be taken to have issued a direction in writing concerning a matter referred to in clause 11.3 if it includes that information in a Guideline or any similar document and that document is available to the Recipient.

The Department may issue a direction in writing to the Recipient in respect of a Report the Recipient is required to provide under clause 12.2 specifying: a format for the Report or Activity Plan; information the Recipient is to include in the Report or Activity Plan; and the person or persons who are to certify that information contained in a Report is accurate. For the purposes of clause 12.3, the Department will be taken to have issued a direction in writing concerning a matter referred to in this clause 12.3 if it includes that information in a Guideline or any similar document and that document is available to the Recipient. Performance Ad hoc reviews may be undertaken or required by the Commonwealth from time to time, including but not limited to cases where substantial changes to the Activities are proposed, or Milestones are not being met. The Commonwealth will bear the cost of any review under clause 13.1, subject to the Recipient meeting its own costs in accordance with the Guidelines. The Department may, by Notice, require the Recipient to take actions in relation to the outcomes or recommendations of any review under clause 13.1, or recommendations of the Defence CRC Advisory Panels, in accordance with: the timeframe (if any) specified in the Notice; any requirements in the Guidelines; or any reasonable directions of the Department. Without limiting any of its obligations under this Agreement the Recipient must assist the Commonwealth with and participate in, within the timeframe and in the manner required by the Commonwealth in accordance with the Guidelines: an annual evaluation, if required by Defence, of the: performance of the Defence CRC against its Goals and Objectives; conduct of the Activities; and Recipient's compliance with this Agreement; any surveys, questionnaires and other evaluation procedures related to the performance of the Recipient, the Defence CRC or the Program; and the preparation of reports reasonably required under this clause 13.2.

Contents of Reports. The Commonwealth may from time to time notify the Recipient of:
(a) the required format for a Report (or a particular individual Report) under this Agreement (or for part of a Report or of any particular individual Report);
(b) the required information the Recipient is to include in a Report (or a particular individual Report; or part of a Report; or of any particular individual Report);
(c) the person or persons who is required to certify that the information contained in a Report (or a particular individual Report; or part of a Report; or of any particular individual Report) is accurate; or
(d) a template report (or a new template report) with any or all of the above requirements. The Recipient must comply with the requirements within the timeframe notified by the Commonwealth.
Contents of Reports. The reports must contain:
a. recipient name;
b. contact name with phone, fax, and e-mail;
c. agreement number(s) if reporting by agreement(s);
d. reporting period;
e. amount of foreign taxes assessed by each foreign government;
f. amount of any foreign taxes reimbursed by each foreign government;
g. amount of foreign taxes unreimbursed by each foreign government.
Contents of Reports. Each quarterly report shall contain a cash flow statement which shall show Distributions by Class (as such terms are defined in the Plan) during the prior quarter, an unaudited balance sheet, the terms of any settlement of an individual Claim (as defined in the Plan) in an amount greater than $25 million, the terms of any litigation settlement where the Cause of Action (as defined in the Plan) was greater than $25 million or the settlement is for more than $25 million, the terms of any sale of Property of the Estate (as such terms are defined in the Plan) where the face amount of such asset is $25 million or greater, and such other information as would be required to be disclosed in a Form 8-K if the reporting Borrower was a public company subject to SEC reporting requirements.
Contents of Reports. The computer-generated reports provided for in Section 6.7 above will consist of the following:
a. Summary Trade Schedule in Bar Chart Format;
b. Detailed Activities - Reports showing starting and completion floats;
c. Detailed Critical Activity Report;
d. Buyout Report of Long Lead Equipment and Contracts;
e. A written report showing actions taken to correct any Project Schedule slippages; and
f. An updated Project Cash Flow Report.
Contents of Reports. The reports must contain:
(1) Subcontractor’s name.
(1) Contract name with phone, fax, and e-mail address.
Contents of Reports. The parties acknowledge that the first Annual Liabilities Report produced pursuant to clause 11.1(A) shall contain such limited information and detail as the Licensees are reasonably able to provide for this period. Subject thereto, each Annual Liabilities Report shall include the information specified in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Annual Liabilities Report) in such detail as is sufficient to enable NDA to make an informed assessment of the impact of the Operations of the Licensees on Costs of Discharging Liabilities, and the information shall be presented in the format set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6 (Annual Liabilities Report).
