Coordinating Institution. The Coordinating Institution is the organization responsible for the overall management of the project in the consortium. The Coordinating Institution acts as the main beneficiary in the contractual and financial relations between the consortium and Agency. Xxxx Xxxxxx University is the Coordinating Institution. The Coordinating Institution have signed a multi- beneficiary Grant Agreement on behalf of the Full Partners. Corporate Partners any socio‐ economic entity (i.e. commercial enterprises, public authorities or organizations, non‐profit or charitable organizations, etc.) that contribute directly or indirectly to the Programme implementation. Corporate Partners may or may not be Associated Industrial Partner. EMJMD student shall mean a student effectively enrolled in the Programme, registered at University Xxxx Xxxxxx, and who is beneficiary of a Joint Master Degree scholarship.
Coordinating Institution. The UPO is the Coordinating Institution and it also plays the role of the Admitting Institution. Within the limits of the Grant Agreement, the UPO, led by the Programme Coordinator, will, in particular, perform the following duties as stipulated by EACEA: - Monitor that the action is implemented in accordance with the Agreement; - Be the intermediary for all communications between the beneficiaries and the Agency; - Make the appropriate arrangements for providing any financial guarantees required; - Bear responsibility for providing all the necessary documents.

Coordinating Institution. The University of Groningen is the Coordinating Institution of the Degree Programme on behalf of the Partner Institutions concerning the signing of the multi-beneficiary Grant Agreement with the European Commission as an EMJMD Consortium. Within the limits of the Grant Agreement, the Coordinating Institution, led by the Joint Programme Director, will take overall responsibility for the implementation of the Degree Programme and will, in particular, perform the following duties as stipulated by the European Commission: • The Coordinating Institution represents and acts on behalf of the group of Partner Institutions vis-à-vis the European Commission. • The Coordinating Institution bears the financial and legal responsibility for the proper operational, administrative and financial implementation of the entire project under the grant agreement. • The Coordinating Institution coordinates the EMJMD in cooperation with all other Partner Institutions.
Coordinating Institution. §1. The Coordinating Institution has the financial responsibility of the AFEPA Master’s programme.
§2. The Coordinating Institution in consultation with the responsible University appoints a Coordinator as its representative in the Consortium. The AFEPA Consortium Coordinator shall organize the collaboration between Main, Academic, and non-Academic Associated Partners in compliance with the proposal (see Annex 2). The AFEPA Consortium Coordinator is the link between all Main, Academic, and non-Academic Associated Partners and shall see to the effective application of the proposal.
§3. The Coordinating Institution shall provide the EACEA with all the required reports on the project evolution and its financial management, according to the grant agreement (see Annex 1).
§4. The Coordinating Institution shall manage in particular the following activities: – General coordination and initiation of the AFEPA Master’s programme activities in collaboration with the Main Partners and the Associated Partners. – Coordination of the decision-making procedure. – Creation and maintenance of communication tools shared between the Main Partners and Associated Partners (website, intranet, forms, guidelines, handbook, etc.). – Worldwide promotion of the AFEPA Master’s programme to reinforce its attractiveness in collaboration with the Main Partners and Associated Partners. – Support the application, selection and admission procedures of AFEPA students and scholars in collaboration with the Main Partners. – Transfers of individual student EMJMD scholarships (contributions to travel and installation costs, contribution to subsistence costs) to Main Partners for payment to AFEPA EMJMD scholarship holders. – Transfers of tuition fee, language courses fee and lump-sum payment for AFEPA EMJMD scholarship holders to Main Partners. – Payments of individual health and accident insurances to the AFEPA EMJMD scholarship holders. – Payments of individual scholar EMJMD scholarships to invited AFEPA scholars. – Payments for travel, accommodation, and organisation of academic and social activities for summer schools. – Payments of invoices resulting from AFEPA Master’s programme general activities (student welcome and graduation ceremony, local language support, field trips and social events, teaching assistance, field work), even if occurring at a Main or Academic Associated Partner institution, when the Consortium has agreed on the expenses and the costs are eligible under the Coordinati...

5.1.2. The Coordinating Institution shall organize the collaboration between Partners in compliance with the Proposal (Annexe 1). He is the link between the Agency and the Partners and shall see to the effective application of the Proposal.
5.1.3. The Coordinating Institution will provide the Agency with all the required reports on the project evolution and its financial management, according to the European Grant Agreement (Annexe 1).
5.1.4. The Coordinating Institution is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the project and for the usage of the Union funds allocated to the project. It is also the focal point for the Agency on any matters related to the project implementation. It shall manage in particular the following activities: General coordination and initiation of EM3E-4SW programme activities in collaboration with the Partners. Coordination of the decision taking procedure. Sending to the Partners copies of the agreements signed with the Agency together with annexes and any other official document concerning the project. Payment of European grants to students and scholars involved in the EM3E-4SW Programme. Perception of participation fees and distribution to other Full Partner institutions. Providing insurance to all students enrolled in the EM3E-4SW Programme. Helping, where necessary, with visa requests for students at the start of EM3E-4SW Programme. Banking facilities for enrolled students and scholars. Partners’ information regarding the number of students continuing their studies in each institution, and the academic data necessary for their registration at each Partner. Elaboration of reports (administrative and financial) to the Consortium for each edition of the EM3E Programme-4SW.
Coordinating Institution. The Coordinating Institution is responsible for submitting the JDP for accreditation in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree no. 45 of 8th February 2013, as well as monitoring its development in order to ensure the accreditation is maintained. Upon request, the Coordinating Institution will provide all the necessary reports regarding the development and academic, administrative and financial management of the JDP to the Partner Institution and its national or local authorities, as required. Each year the Coordinating Institution will implement a new cycle of the JDP following national regulations.
