Project Description and Project Schedule. Municipality shall perform, or cause to be performed, the Project in accordance with the Project Description and the Project Schedule set forth in Exhibit A. The Project Description is a general description of the Project and is deemed to include preliminary considerations and prerequisites, and all labor, materials, equipment, and tasks that are such an inseparable part of the Project described that exclusion of any of them would be impractical, illogical, or unconscionable.
