PROJECT LABOR HARMONY. 2.6.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for overall management of labor relations in connection with the Work. The Contractor shall manage the Subcontractors and shall be ultimately responsible to ensure that there are no strikes, picketing, work stoppages, slowdowns or other disruptive activities by any unions or employees that affect the prosecution of the Work.
