Working Group. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2. The Working Group's functions shall include: (a) to review the implementation and operation of this Chapter; (b) to consider the development of measures to further facilitate temporary entry of business persons on a reciprocal basis; (c) the identification of measures that affect the temporary entry of business persons under this Chapter; and (d) the observance of the issues established under Article 121 (Cooperation).

Working Group. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons comprising representatives of each Party, which include immigration officials. 2. The Working Group shall meet, when necessary, to consider matters arising under this Chapter, such as: (a) the implementation and administration of this Chapter; (b) the development and adoption of common criteria and interpretation for the implementation of the Chapter; (c) the development and implementation of measures to further facilitate temporary entry of business persons on a reciprocal basis; and (d) any measures of mutual interest.

Working Group. The Parties shall establish a working group comprising representatives of each Party. The working group shall endeavor to promote greater understanding, communication, and cooperation between the Parties with respect to matters covered by this Chapter. The working group shall report on the status of its efforts to the Commission within three years of entry into force of this Agreement and may make any appropriate recommendations for future action that may further promote the achievement of the objectives of this Article.
Working Group. The working group(s) will be responsible for developing and implementing a work plan to undertake research and design work to meet the aims set out in this terms of reference. Sub- groups may be established to undertake particular pieces of work. This will include sector and stakeholder engagement and consultation as well as consideration of relevant research and information from national and international sources and other professional sectors. It will report regularly to the governance group and will act on guidance and direction received from the governance group. The parties and NZSTA agree to work to maintain and further develop a constructive, respectful good faith working relationship. The parties and NZSTA may choose to engage a facilitator or consult with ‘critical friends’ throughout the process. The parties and NZSTA agree to commit the necessary resourcing to undertake this work.
Working Group. The Parties will establish a manufacturing working group (the “Manufacturing Working Group”) to oversee matters relating to the Manufacture of the Shared Product. The Manufacturing Working Group will report to the JDC for Development-related Manufacturing matters and will report to the JCC for Commercialization-related Manufacturing matters. The Manufacturing Working Group’s responsibilities will include: (a) developing plans to transfer Manufacturing-related Know-How between the Parties as needed to facilitate the Manufacture of the Shared Product; (b) establishing standards applicable to each Party’s Manufacturing activities and reviewing each Party’s performance against such standards; conducting technical reviews, and (c) sharing planning and budgeting information with the JDC and JCC.
Working Group. 1. The Parties shall establish a Working Group consisting of government representatives of the Parties having responsibility for government procurement. 2. The Working Group shall meet or correspond regularly to discuss all relevant issues relating to government procurement, including the review of this Chapter.

Working Group a. During the term of this collective agreement, a Working Group will be formed to progress the work programme outlined below. b. The Working Group will comprise of representatives from Te Pūkenga and TIASA as agreed between the parties. c. The Working Group will meet at least fortnightly or otherwise by agreement, and will make all reasonable efforts to complete the Work Programme prior to the expiry of this Collective Agreement. d. Once completed, the output of the Work Programme will form part of the terms of settlement for a new collective agreement.
Working Group. The County and the Participating Municipalities shall designate a working group ("Working Group"). The purpose of the Working Group is to establish policy and provide direction to the Technical Group and any consultants retained by Working Group. The Working Group shall consist of no fewer than five members and no more than nine members. One member shall be a member of the Board of County Commissioners, and the remaining members shall each be a member of the governing body of a Participating Municipality. The Participating Municipalities will determine the number of, and the process for, selection of the municipal representatives on the Working Group. The County or any Participating Municipality shall be represented by no more than one member of their respective body. All Working Group meetings shall be open to all Participating Municipalities not represented in the Working Group. The Working Group will be staffed jointly by the Broward League of Cities and the County.
