PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SLA MEETINGS. 5.1 The parties hereto agree to the SLA (Annexure) attached hereto for the duration of this Agreement. 5.2 The SLA is a living document which can be amended from time to time on condition that it is agreed to in writing by both parties. 5.3 The parties have agreed to the scoring methodology attached hereto as Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx are to be agreed and signed off by both parties. 5.4 Project Management meetings will be held with a minimum frequency of monthly and SLA meetings with a minimum frequency of monthly at……………………………………………………(PLACE)….., or as otherwise directed by TNPA. 5.5 The Supplier shall: a) ensure that representatives referred to above attend each and every meeting; b) maintain a minimum an overall service level score (to be agreed with the Supplier at the first service level meeting) for each month. Failure of the Supplier to achieve this agreed service level score, gives TNPA the right to either cancel the Agreement in whole without penalty, giving thirty (30) days written notice of its intention to do so and/or; c) impose a 10% (ten percent) on the invoiced amount dues to the Supplier for the month
