Project Manager (PM). A. CDB will designate a PM for the project who shall be CDB’s primary representative in the administration of this agreement. The CM will report to the PM. B. The CDB PM shall be the liaison between the CM, the A/E and the using agency. All correspondence between the CM, the A/E and the using agency shall be communicated to the PM.
