Common use of Project Manager’s and Architect/Engineer’s Authority to Reject Work Clause in Contracts

Project Manager’s and Architect/Engineer’s Authority to Reject Work. The Project Manager and/or Architect/Engineer will have authority to reject Work that does not conform to the Contract Documents. Whenever the Project Manager considers it necessary or advisable, the Project Manager may direct the Architect/Engineer to assist in the inspection or testing of Work, and the determination of whether or not such Work is fabricated, installed or completed.
