Project Meetings. 28.1. Prior to the commencement of Work, the Design-Build Firm shall attend a preconstruction conference with the County’s Representative and others as appropriate to discuss the progress schedule, procedures for handling Shop Drawings and other Submittals, and for processing applications for payment, and to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work. During the prosecution of the Work, the Design-Build Firm shall attend any and all meetings convened by the County’s Representative or the County with respect to the Project, when directed to do so by the County or County’s Representative.
