Project Report (Administrative Draft/Draft. Final) Concurrent with environmental document submittals, Consultant will prepare an Administrative Draft PR and DPR for distribution, review, and approval by the City, Caltrans, and PDT members. The Administrative DPR and DPR will be prepared in conformance with current Caltrans Project Development Procedures Manual and will include supporting information from GADs, traffic studies, cost estimates, etc., developed under the separate tasks identified herein. The DPR will recommend public circulation of the Draft Environmental Document (“DED”). After public review of the DED, Consultant will prepare a Final Project Report (“FPR”) to document the results of the public meeting and process the document through Caltrans for approval.
