Common use of Project Specialist Clause in Contracts

Project Specialist. Duties and responsibilities within the Project Specialist job category include, but are not limited to: assist with all phases of a project including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing; assist and support organization and project team with scope, time, cost, finance, quality, procurement, and risk management activities; perform earned value, schedule modeling, and time impact analyses; prepare and assist with cost estimates and change order management; organize and lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders; perform other administrative and facilities support services as assigned by the Facilities Development Division Deputy Airport Director and/or Airport Engineering Section Manager.
