PROJECT SPECIFIC IPR AND SPECIALLY WRITTEN SOFTWARE. 24.1 The Operator hereby assigns to the Authority, with full title guarantee, title to and all rights and interest in the Project Specific IPRs and the Specially Written Software or shall procure that the first owner of the Project Specific IPRs and the Specially Written Software assigns them to the Authority on the same basis provided that nothing in this Clause shall oblige the Operator to purchase or obtain a licence to any domain names from any previous registrant.
