Common use of PROJECT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

PROJECT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. 6.4.1 If the Project is suspended or abandoned in whole or in part for more than three months, the Architect shall be compensated for all services performed prior to receipt of written notice from the Owner of such suspension or abandonment subject to the restrictions of 14.2.2, together with Reimbursable Expenses then due.

PROJECT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. 6.4.1 8.1.1 – If the Project project is suspended or abandoned in whole or in part for more than three months, the Architect shall be compensated for all services performed prior to receipt of written notice from the Owner of such suspension or abandonment subject to the restrictions of 14.2.2abandonment, together with Reimbursable Expenses reimbursable expenses then duedue and all termination expenses. If the project is resumed after being suspended for more than three months, the Architect’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than three months, the Architect's compensation shall be equitably adjusted.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than three (3) months, the Architect's compensation shall be equitably adjusted as agreed between the parties and the parties shall review Project schedules and budget.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than three months, Architect’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted if, in Owner's reasonable opinion, such adjustment is warranted.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than three months, Architect’s compensation shall be equitably adjusted if, in Owner's reasonable opinion, such adjustment is warranted.

If the Project is resumed after being suspended for more than six (6) months, the Architect's compensation shall be equitably adjusted if, in the Owner's opinion, such adjustment is warranted.
