Common use of Project Term Clause in Contracts

Project Term. If the Project Summary describes recurring work, the Project continues until either Developer or Company gives Notice that it end at the end of the next calendar month. Otherwise, the Project ends when Developer delivers Project work under Section 6(g) (Delivery). Company and Developer can agree to end a Project early at any time.
