PROJECT TIMETABLE. The Contractor agrees to proceed expeditiously with the Project and to complete the Project in accordance with the timetable set forth in the Work Plan (Attachment C) as well as with the conditions of any applicable permits, administrative orders, or judicial orders and this Agreement.
