Projected Opening of Step-Down to the Community Programs. The Step Down to the Community Programs will commence operations as soon as the housing blocks and trained staff are available. DOCCS anticipates opening the Program within 6 months of the enactment of the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget.
