Projections and Financial Statements. Attached hereto as Exhibit "E" are projections covering the period from the date hereof through the third anniversary hereof in a form satisfactory to Agent and audited financial statements for the Borrower for the year ended June 30, 2006 and the unaudited financial statements quarterly period ended September 30, 2006.
