Common use of Promotion and Facilitation of Investment Clause in Contracts

Promotion and Facilitation of Investment. The Parties shall seek to strengthen and build on existing cooperative arrangements in the promotion and facilitation of investment where this is of mutual benefit, including through: (a) supporting joint investment promotion activities; (b) facilitating the provision and exchange of investment information including laws, regulations and policies to increase awareness of investment opportunities; and (c) fostering technical cooperation in mutually agreed sectors.
