Promotion and Tenure Timeline for Candidates. A. Upon initial appointment to tenure-track status the Bargaining Unit Member shall be issued a one-year contract. During the contract period, the Bargaining Unit Member may only be dismissed for just cause. The Bargaining Unit Member shall be reviewed in accordance with the renewal, promotion and tenure guidelines of this Agreement. B. The Bargaining Unit Member will be reviewed by their Mentoring Committee during the first year. There are three possible outcomes of this review:
