Promotion Date. The Employer agrees that vacancy bulletins shall have a starting date. Employees selected pursuant to 'G' 8.01 above shall be released as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six (6) weeks from the date of notification. In the case of promotions, pay at the higher rate will commence with the starting date in the new position.
