Common use of Promotion of Products Clause in Contracts

Promotion of Products. a. Promotion Rights in the Exclusive Territory. JT shall have the exclusive responsibility for promoting each Product in the JT Territory. Tularik shall have the exclusive responsibility for promoting each Product in the Tularik Territory. All information and materials generated by a Party in the course of the promotion effort within any country in such Party's Exclusive Territory or in the Co-Promotion Territory shall be provided to the MC for use in the promotion effort within the other Party's Exclusive Territory and in the Co-Promotion Territory.
