Common use of Promotion of Products Clause in Contracts

Promotion of Products. Reseller will actively promote and resell the Products in the Territory during the Term and will install and service such Products in the Territory to the reasonable satisfaction of BluBØX. Reseller will promptly establish and maintain during the Term an adequate number of full-time salespersons, installers and service technicians, duly trained and competent in such work, so that the marketing, installation and service of the Products will be at all times of the highest standard. During the Term, Reseller will at all times adhere to any then-current BluBØX Certification Programs and Reseller Program Guides both of which shall be commercially reasonable.
