PROMOTION TO THE STATUS OF SENIOR LECTURER. 3.3.1 A Lecturer will be considered for promotion to Senior Lecturer according to the standards and criteria in the Standards Policy. 3.3.2 The academic head will be asked to report on the candidate's record as a scholar and teacher, to comment on any contributions to the University, profession or community, and to add any appropriate general comment on the application. The academic head may consult with appropriate persons.
