Common use of Promotional Claims Clause in Contracts

Promotional Claims. Sanofi and Relypsa each agree to [***] the claims of [***] for the Product made by the Parties’ respective PSRs and Sales Management Teams to those that are [***] for the Product in the Territory. Neither Party shall make any changes to the final Product Promotional and Educational Materials approved by the [***] pursuant to Section 0 above.
