Sales Training. Alexion shall develop the training program for the respective sales forces. In the event that XOMA is Co-Promoting a Product, XOMA agrees to utilize such training program to assure a consistent, focused promotional strategy and message.
Sales Training. Lilly will have no obligation to provide sales training to NeoSan.
Sales Training. During the first three months of the Initial Term, the MPF Provider will provide a four week sales training course (“Sales Training”) for up to five of the Pittsburgh Bank’s employees but to no more than two employees at any one time. The Sales Training shall take place at the offices of the MPF Provider which will provide cubicles and access to computers, along with appropriate training materials and classroom instruction to the trainees. The dates for Sales Training shall be scheduled by mutual agreement. Sales Training shall cover the following topics:
1. Overview of the MPF Program and its systems and models.
2. Handling sales and installation calls and meetings with the management of potential PFIs.
Sales Training i) Sprint will train and inform appropriate Sprint’s sales force representatives of the availability of the Application(s) and Application(s) updates through/on the Systems. Company will assist, collaborate and cooperate with Sprint in the development, delivery and execution of sales training including, but not limited to, training presentations, training documentation and participation upon Sprint’s request and Company agreement, at training forums at Company’s sole expense.
ii) Company will train or inform its sales force of the availability of the Application(s) through/on the Systems.
iii) Sprint will make available to all Sales and Sales Support staff a Company application certification program developed by Company
Sales Training. (a) Promptly following Impax’s delivery of an Early Initiation Notice pursuant to Section 2.2, but in no event later than the Initiation Date, Impax shall cause all members of the Impax Sales Force to attend and complete the Wyeth Sales Training Program (whether in person or remotely, as determined in Wyeth’s sole discretion), as described in Section 2.7.6, to educate the Impax Sales Force on the Product and the Detailing thereof. At any time that Wyeth elects to designate an alternate product as the Product pursuant to Section 2.3, Impax shall, promptly following its receipt of the applicable Product Substitution Notice but in no event later than the Substitution Date specified therein, cause all members of the Impax Sales Force to attend and complete the Wyeth Sales Training Program with respect to such alternate product (such training for the initial Product or an alternate Product, the “Initial Training”). Impax shall ensure, record and track that each member of the Impax Sales Force has successfully completed the Wyeth Sales Training Program and is certified to Detail the Product by the Wyeth Sales Training Department before such individual is permitted to engage in any activity relating to the Detailing of the then-current Product. Any Initial Training described in this Section 2.6.8(a) shall be held at a location of Wyeth’s choosing that is reasonably acceptable to Impax (unless Wyeth elects to hold such Initial Training remotely). Impax shall bear the cost of all travel, lodging, meals, compensation and ancillary expenses of all Impax Personnel who attend any Initial Training. Wyeth shall bear the cost of delivering any Initial Training pursuant to Section 2.7.6(a).
(b) After the Initial Training has occurred. Impax shall ensure, record and track that each new member of the Impax Sales Force has successfully completed the Wyeth Sales Training Program (“New Hire Training”) and is certified to Detail the Product by the Wyeth Sales Training Department before such individual is permitted to engage in any activity relating to the Detailing of the then-current Product. All New Hire Training shall be conducted by experienced Impax sales training personnel who have themselves been trained by Wyeth’s sales training personnel with respect to the Product and the Detailing thereof. Sales Training. 3.1 Regional sales training. Each Party will deliver presentations and engage in appropriate training to support the roll-out of the Services and gain familiarity with the other Party's business operations.
Sales Training. ClearCommerce agrees to provide sales assistance to -------------- HP personnel, including twenty (20) days of sales training classes and such additional sales training as is mutually agreed upon by the parties, and marketing material such as Program Documentation, coursework, reviewer guides, competitive product analyses and product literature. ClearCommerce grants HP the right to reproduce such marketing material for internal use and external distribution.
Sales Training. (i) The JCC shall coordinate initial training of the Sanofi PSRs, Regional Business Directors and Sanofi’s sales trainers with respect to the Product for both Detailing the Product before and after regulatory approval of the Product in the Territory (such initial training prior to such regulatory approval, the “Pre-Approval Initial Training”, and such initial training after such regulatory approval, the “Post-Approval Initial Training”). Relypsa shall provide all Relypsa-designated training personnel and training materials to Sanofi, at [***]. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, [***]. Relypsa will also [***] of for the [***] (including [***]) based upon the [***]. Relypsa, [***], shall provide Sanofi with any additional, follow-on, or reminder training materials for the Product that Relypsa provides to the Relypsa PSRs, in quantities sufficient to supply all Sanofi PSRs, Regional Business Directors and Sanofi’s sales trainers. The Parties will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to complete the Post-Approval Initial Training as promptly as possible after regulatory approval has been obtained for the Product in the Territory and prior to the date of First Commercial Sale in the Territory.
(ii) Relypsa shall be responsible for training Sanofi’s sales trainers on any materials necessary to perform any Post-Approval Initial Training.
(iii) After the Post-Approval Initial Training, Sanofi shall periodically conduct additional trainings with respect to the Product for Sanofi’s sales trainers and newly hired Sanofi PSRs and the Sanofi Regional Business Directors during the Commitment Term. Relypsa shall also [***] for the [***] [***] related to [***] (including [***]) based upon the [***]. Each Sanofi PSR must pass Relypsa’s Product Promotion certifications, in each case ((A) and (B)), (A) in order to Detail anytime between the [***] Commencement Date and the [***] Commencement Date and (B) in order to Detail anytime on or after the [***] Commencement Date; provided that any [***]. Such Product Promotion certifications shall be administered to each Sanofi PSR during the Training Program. Sales Training. NovaCare shall cause the Representatives to become trained and knowledgeable with respect to functional capabilities and operation of the Products.
Sales Training. No later than September 30, 1999, Customer and Level -------------- 3 will develop a mutually agreed schedule for Customer to provide sales training to the Level 3 sales staff at operational Gateway Facilities during 2000, and as required through the length of this contract. The sales training will be sufficient to provide the Level 3 sales staff with a basic working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Hosting Service offered by Customer so that the sales staff can identify Prospects which might be able to use the Advanced Microsoft Hosting Service in their business applications. Sales training will be provided at Customer's expense (except that Level 3 will be responsible for the payment of compensation of such personnel and travel and lodging expenses incurred by its personnel in connection therewith), and will be prioritized according to a mutually agreed upon schedule to coincide, to the extent feasible, with the opening of each new Gateway Facility.
