Prompt and Satisfactory Correction. 10.9.1 The Owner, at its sole discretion, may direct the Project Consultant, at no additional cost to the Owner, to promptly and satisfactorily correct any services found to be defective or not in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement or the requirements of any governmental authority, law, regulations or ordinances.
