Senior Project Manager. Design-Builder shall assign as Senior Project Manager to supervise the Work and be available to Owner at all reasonable times.
Senior Project Manager. For each Task Order, the Contractor shall designate a Project Manager (PM). The Senior Project Manager may act as the PM, with approval of USACE, if execution is sufficiently limited. The Offeror shall identify the PM before issuance of the Task Order and the PM qualifications, experience and performance history shall be satisfactory to the KO or COR. The PM shall be the single point of contact for the Task Order and shall be responsible for the management and execution of the Task Order in accordance with the approved performance work statement, approved work plans, and all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The PM shall ensure coordination between the Safety and Health Manager (SHM), the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), and all field teams of the Contractor and subcontractor staff to ensure that all site activities are performed in a safe manner. The Contractor and PM shall also maintain close communication and coordination with USACE for the duration of the project, including weekly and/or monthly progress and detailed cost reporting. The Contractor shall designate and submit the resume for one (1) individual as the Senior Project Manager for the IDC, who will assist support the Program Manager with overall management of the Contract, as well as coordinate and oversee the Contractor’s individual Task Order performance to include cost, schedule, and technical quality. The individual proposed as the Senior Project Manager Key Personnel position must be an employee of the prime. Individuals fulfilling the duties of PM for individual Task Orders can be an employee of the prime or a teaming partner. Minimum qualifications for Project Managers are: Individuals proposed as Project Managers shall have a college degree in engineering, construction management, geology, chemistry, biology, or related field. The individual proposed as the Senior Project Manager shall have ten (10) years’ experience in Project Management working in ERS. Individuals proposed as Project Managers for individual Task Orders shall have five (5) years’ experience in Project Management working in ERS. Individuals proposed as Project Managers should report professional registration, in their respective field, where applicable or available. Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager (PM) shall ensure that all work is accomplished with adequate internal controls. This individual shall have at least 5+ years experience in general contract project management and managing MMRP projects with incidental HTRW. It is desired that the PM be a Project Management Professional, but it is not required. The PM shall serve as the Contractor's single POC for individual task order awards. The PM shall rely on extensive experience and judgment to implement procedures to eliminate conflicts, errors, and omissions and ensure the accuracy of all output. The PM shall maintain close communication and coordination with the USACE for the duration of the project.
Senior Project Manager. Contractor shall assign a Senior Project Manager to the BPR. Contractor’s assignment of a Senior Project Manager is subject to DEO approval at XXX’s sole discretion. The Senior Project Manager shall provide information to and collaborate with the EPMO Program Manager, or their designee, and other FL WINS stakeholders throughout Contractor’s performance of the Contract. The Senior Project Manager utilized by Contractor shall have the following minimum qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience;
b) Certification as a Project Management Professional, as defined in Rule 60GG- 1.001(2)(a)(20), Florida Administrative Code;
c) At least five (5) years of IT experience, including managing teams, customer service, and production project management in multi-platform environments;
d) At least two (2) years of experience working directly with senior management;
e) At least two (2) years of working experience with IT and project management as it pertains to program areas such as workforce services, education, public benefit assistance, or comparable governmental area(s);
f) Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for any entity employing over 100 individuals;
g) Demonstrated experience in effectively managing complex project risks and/or project risk teams;
h) Demonstrated experience in procurement processes with the State of Florida;
i) Understanding of Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) programs and processes;
j) Leadership experience in managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs;
k) Demonstrated experience in leading high-profile projects; and
l) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical staff, end user staff, and senior management.

Senior Project Manager. This position acts as a technical expert/leader and supervisor when the project manager is unavailable. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
a. Quality control/Quality assurance (QA/QC) of all assigned work packages and sub- packages,
b. Review the developed proposals and schedules for completion of task assignments that most effectively use available resources,
c. Oversee performance of all estimators and QA/QC construction documentation to ensure estimates are complete,
d. Provide technical expertise and leadership with cost estimating and project management,
e. Supervise all assigned staff, in the absence of the project manager, and review their reports; check for any discrepancies and correct any reported deficiencies,
f. QA/QC reports to clients on the progress and any necessary modifications necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Senior Project Manager. Xxx is a Senior Project Manager who has been with the firm since 2008. He manages project equipment installations and labor schedules to complete projects in a timely manner and meet client expectations. He has extensive experience in identifying value production alternatives as well as safety issues for each job site. Senior Project Manager. Serve as the institution’s representative to manage the planning, design, construction and final acceptance of public works projects on the main and branch campuses. Work with University organizations to develop project program, maintain fiscal and schedule control, and review and approve the work of consultants and contractors.
Senior Project Manager. The Contractor shall propose and submit the resume for one (1) individual for the Senior Project Manager Key Personnel role, who will support the Program Manager with overall management of the contract as well as coordinating and overseeing the Contractor’s performance to include cost, schedule and technical quality. The Senior PM will also oversee the Project Manager who is appointed by the contractor to be the primary point-of-contact responsible for implementing work specified in the PWS. The Senior PM shall ensure an in-depth evaluation of the requirements of the contract and develops and implements a plan to meet those requirements. The Senior PM shall have in-depth, relevant experience and proven ability to provide effective and efficient management to successfully implement the contractor’s PBR efforts as outlined in the PWS to meet the objectives. The PM shall be employed by the prime contractor. The minimum qualifications of the Senior Project Manager are:
a) The individual proposed as the Project Manager shall have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technically related field such as: engineering, environmental science, geology, hydrology, biology, or chemistry.
b) A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing environmental projects.
c) Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
d) The Senior Project Manager shall be an employee of the Prime.
Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager shall be designated to serve as the on-site contract manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management, direction, and oversight of existing TDM programs as well as the implementation of new programs and services. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for the overall direction of the program including strategic and business planning, management data and performance reporting on TDM activities, researching and developing proposals on TDM public policy, leading research and development of grant proposals, and evaluating and incorporating new TDM strategies while Working with the project's key lead positions and the County. The Senior Project Manager shall also be responsible for coordinating all Contractor personnel matters, including any performance matters, with the County Project Officer. Required Qualifications and Skills • Possess and demonstrate a minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable experience managing a TDM operations program and overseeing similar services as described in this RFP. • Demonstrated skill and experience in TDM program design, transportation planning, project management, transportation demand measurement and modeling, marketing and communications, grants management, budget management, and strategic leadership. • Expert written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate effectively to internal groups, interest groups, regional groups, local agencies, and industry-related parties. • Bachelor's degree in Urban or Transportation Planning, Geographic Information Sciences, Urban Design, Economics, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent number of years of experience. • Experience managing an urban TDM program is preferred.
