Prompt assessment. As of the date of execution of this Agreement, the District agrees that any PHLOTE student, based on responses provided via the home language survey, will be promptly assessed for English language proficiency in the four language domains (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) using existing language proficiency assessments to determine eligibility for placement in an English language development program.
