Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).
Collateral Administration The Collateral Agent shall maintain a database of certain characteristics of the Collateral on an ongoing basis, and provide to the Borrower, the Collateral Manager, the Agent and the Lender Agents certain reports, schedules and calculations, all as more particularly described in this Section 11.3, based upon information and data received from the Borrower and/or the Collateral Manager pursuant to Section 7.7 or from the Lender Agents and/or the Agent.
General Administration 13.1 The Managers shall handle and settle all claims arising out of the Management Services hereunder and keep the Owners informed regarding any incident of which the Managers become aware which gives or may give rise to claims or disputes involving third parties.
