Prompt Payment Terms. Payment for all purchases by County agencies will be made in a timely manner and interest payments will be made on late payments in accordance with Part VII, Chapter 218, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Prompt Payment Act. The Vendor may offer cash discounts for prompt payments; however, such discounts will not be considered in determining the lowest price during Proposal evaluation.
