The Prompt Procedure clause establishes a requirement for parties to act or respond within a specified, often short, timeframe. Prompt Procedure. It is of mutual interest to both the Employer and the Union that any grievance arising over the application, interpretation, administration or alleged violation of any of the terms of this Agreement be settled as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the procedure set forth hereunder.
