Common use of Proof of Notice Clause in Contracts

Proof of Notice. No later than ten (10) calendar days before the Fairness Hearing, Xxxxxx and the Claims Administrator will serve upon Class Counsel a declaration confirming that Notice to the Class has been provided in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Settlement Agreement.
