Proof of Notice. No later than five (5) calendar days before the filing date for Plaintiff’s motion in support of the Final Order and Judgment, the Settlement Administrator must serve a declaration(s) on Class Counsel and Metagenics’ Counsel confirming that the Settlement Administrator provided the Class with notice of the Settlement Agreement in accordance with this Settlement Agreement.
