Common use of Proof of Notice Clause in Contracts

Proof of Notice. No later than ten (10) calendar days before the deadline for Plaintiffs to file their brief in support of the Final Order and Judgment, the Claims Administrator will serve upon Class Counsel a declaration confirming that notice to the Class has been provided in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

Proof of Notice. No later than ten seven (107) calendar days before the deadline for Plaintiffs to file their brief filing of Plaintiffs' motion in support of the Final Order and Judgment, Class Counsel will obtain a declaration from the Claims Administrator will serve upon Class Counsel a declaration confirming that notice to it has provided the Class has been provided with notice of the proposed Settlement in accordance with Section 3.3 of this AgreementSection.
