Propeller and Shaft. The pump propeller blades shall be manufactured using ASTM A304 stainless steel. The propeller shaft shall be machined from solid stainless steel bar stock and shall conform to ASME Code for transmission shafting to transmit full load torque and shall have additional safety factor for shock loads. The propeller shall be statically and dynamically balanced and secured firmly to the taper shaft with alignment key and locknut. The propeller shaft shall be machined from high tensile strength, solid stainless steel bar stock and shall conform to ASME Code for transmission shafting to transmit full load torque and shall have additional safety factor for shock loads. The propeller shaft shall be supported and contained in place for multiple angular contact bearings to prevent axial and radial misalignment or vibration of the shaft. The shaft bearing shall be sealed, self-lubricating by low pressure hydraulic oil designed for bearing life of 50,000 hours use. The propeller shaft and bearing assembly shall be contained in a machined bearing housing centrally supported by flow straightening vanes in the propeller bowl assembly and shall be protected against sand particle intrusion with bronze restrictor rings

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools 1. In determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of a good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification or a specific manufacturing or processing operation set out in Annex 2, accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good's standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded, provided that:

  • Replacement Parts Replacement parts for goods purchased by Buyer are for the purpose of this Section defined as “Parts” (and are also considered “goods” under this Order). Unless specified otherwise by Buyer in writing, Supplier shall provide Parts (or upon Buyer’s written consent, an alternative replacement part that provides the same form, fit and function as the Part(s)) for a period of twenty (20) years after production of the goods (into which the applicable Parts are incorporated) ceases. Supplier shall continue to supply such Parts past the twenty (20) year period if Buyer orders at least twenty (20) Parts per year during such twenty-year period. The prices for any Parts purchased in the first two (2) years of the twenty-year period shall not exceed those prices in effect at the time production of the goods ceases, and no set up charges shall be permitted by Supplier or paid by Xxxxx during this two-year period. Thereafter, the prices for Parts shall be negotiated based on Supplier’s actual cost of production of such Parts plus any special packaging costs. No minimum order requirements shall apply unless the parties mutually agree in advance. After the end of the twenty-year period, Supplier shall continue to maintain in good working condition all Supplier-owned tooling required to produce the Parts and shall not dispose of such tooling without offering Buyer the right of first refusal to purchase such tooling.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Weighing and Scaling Costs Purchaser agrees to pay for all weighing costs for logs delivered regardless if logs are purchased on a weight or scale basis. In addition, Purchaser agrees to pay for all scaling costs for logs delivered on a scale basis. Purchaser also agrees to pay for all costs associated with the transmission and reporting of scale or weight data.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide ONS with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
